Ingredients
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 tbsp rio luna organic diced green chiles
- 1 tbsp chopped italian parsley
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 12 fresh raw oysters in the shell
- 1 lemon
Steps
- Heat a grill to medium-high, about 400 F.
- Melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat and stir in the garlic, green chiles, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Place the oysters level-side up on the grill and spoon the butter mixture over each one.
- Grill the oysters for 5 to 7 minutes, until the shells open and the meat is hot with curled edges.
- Discard any oysters that stay closed and squeeze lemon over the cooked oysters.
