Ingredients
- 4 flounder fillets
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 1/2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 3/4 tsp italian seasoning
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley
- 4 lemon wedges
Steps
- Heat the air fryer to 400 F for 3 minutes.
- Mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the mixture over both sides of the flounder.
- Air-fry the fillets for 8 to 10 minutes, turning halfway, until they reach 145 F and flake easily.
- Serve the fish with lemon wedges and parsley.
