- 2 lb sirloin steak tips
- 1/2 cup beer
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 2 1/2 green onions
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup dark brown sugar
- 1/4 cup mirin
- 1 lemon
- 1 1/2 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp dried parsley (optional)
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
Steps
- Whisk the beer, soy sauce, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, mirin, lemon juice, garlic, parsley, paprika, and red pepper in a bowl.
- Add the steak tips and green onions, coat them well, and marinate for 10 minutes.
- Heat a 14-inch skillet over medium-high heat and add the steak tips.
- Cook the tips for 8 to 10 minutes, turning often, until the centers reach 145 F.
- Rest the steak tips for 5 minutes before removing the green onions.
