- 1 lb Ground turkey
- 12 oz Pasta (rotini)
- 28 oz Canned tomatoes (crushed)
- 12 oz Broth or stock
- 0.5 lb Onions
- 0.5 lb Carrots
- 1 Garlic
- 2 oz Parmesan
Steps
- Brown the turkey with chopped onion and carrot in oil, 7 minutes.
- Add garlic, tomatoes, broth and seasoning and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in the dry pasta and cook, covered, 12 minutes, stirring often.
- Top with Parmesan.
