Ingredients

1 lb short pasta
1 lb strawberries
16 oz mozzarella balls
1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion
1/3 cup thinly slivered fresh basil
1/3 cup thinly slivered fresh mint
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
3 tbsp honey
2 tbsp golden balsamic vinegar
1 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp freshly ground black pepper

Steps

Boil the pasta in salted water until tender, about 10 to 12 minutes, then drain and cool it.
Hull and slice the strawberries, and combine them with the mozzarella, onion, basil, and mint in a large bowl.
Whisk the olive oil, honey, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
