Ingredients
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp fine sea salt (optional)
- 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper (optional)
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano leaves
- 1 clove garlic
- 8 oz small mozzarella balls
- 3 cups cherry tomatoes or grape tomatoes
- 1/3 cup fresh basil leaves (optional)

Steps
- Boil salted water in a large pot and cook the fusilli until tender according to the package time.
- Whisk the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, oregano, and minced garlic in a large bowl.
- Drain the pasta and rinse it under cool water until no longer hot.
- Add the pasta, mozzarella balls, tomatoes, and basil to the dressing.
