Ingredients
- 24 chilled wonton wrappers
- 9 oz creamed spinach
- 4 1/2 oz marinated artichoke hearts
- 2 oz softened cream cheese
- 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 3/8 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/8 tsp salt (optional)
- 1/8 tsp black pepper

Steps
- Heat the oven to 375 F and coat a 24-cup mini muffin pan with spray oil.
- Press one wonton wrapper into each muffin cup.
- Stir the creamed spinach, chopped artichokes, cream cheese, garlic powder, pepper flakes, salt, and pepper together.
- Fill each wrapper with the spinach mixture.
- Top the cups with parmesan and mozzarella.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, until the edges are golden and the cheese is melted.
