Ingredients

15 oz canned chickpeas drained
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp coriander
1/4 tsp cloves
1/4 tsp kosher salt
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
1/8 tsp smoked paprika
1 tbsp parsley finely chopped

Steps

Heat the oven to 400 F and spread the drained chickpeas on a large baking sheet.
Pat the chickpeas dry, then toss them with olive oil, cumin, both paprikas, cinnamon, coriander, cloves, salt, and cayenne.
Roast the chickpeas for 25 minutes, shaking the pan halfway through.
Cool for 2 minutes, then toss with the chopped parsley.
