- 1/4 cup minced red onion

- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 3 tbsp fresh grapefruit juice
- 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cups baby kale
- 1 head romaine lettuce
- 11 sprigs cilantro
- 1 large avocado
- 1 large pear
- 1/3 cup roasted
Steps
- Whisk the onion, salt, pepper, honey, chopped cilantro, grapefruit juice, lime juice, and olive oil in a small bowl.
- Wash and dry the kale, romaine, and cilantro sprigs.
