Ingredients
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 oz 1/2 cup carrots
- 1 1/2 oz 1/4 cup onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 4 cups warm water
- 1 1/2 cube of knorr tomato buoillons
- 2 oz 1/2 cup green peas
- 1/2 oz 1/4 cup parsley or cilantro chopped
- lime wedges for serving time (optional)
Steps
- Heat the vegetable oil in a medium pot over medium heat, then cook the carrots and onion for 5 minutes.
- Add the garlic and pasta, and stir for 2 minutes.
- Pour in the warm water and add the bouillon, then simmer for 15 minutes.
- Stir in the peas and parsley or cilantro, and cook for 5 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper, if needed, and serve hot.
