Ingredients
- 2 lb large shrimp
- 8 lemon wedges for garnish (optional)
- fresh minced parsley (optional)
- 3 tbsp finely minced garlic
- 1 tsp coarse sea salt
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tsp old bay seasoning
Steps
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and spray the grates with olive oil.
- Mix the garlic, sea salt, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, and 1/4 cup olive oil in a bowl.
- Coat the shrimp with the mixture and marinate them for 5 minutes.
- Grill the shrimp for 2 to 3 minutes per side, until opaque and cooked to 145 F.
- Serve the shrimp with parsley and lemon wedges, if desired.
