Ingredients
- 16 oz loaf french bread or italian bread
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 2 cloves garlic finely minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley (optional)
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1 reynolds wrapⓡ non-stick foil
Steps
- Heat the oven to 375 F.
- Melt the butter in a small saucepan, then stir in the salt, garlic powder, and minced garlic.
- Slice the loaf lengthwise and place it cut side up on a foil-lined baking sheet.
- Spread the garlic butter over the bread and sprinkle it with parsley, Parmesan, and mozzarella.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until the cheese melts and the edges are crisp.
- Cut the bread into pieces.
