Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked short-cut pasta
- 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- greek yogurt caesar dressing
- 1 cans (15 oz) chickpeas
- 1/2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt and pinch of black pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
Steps
- Drain the chickpeas and halve the cherry tomatoes.
- Stir the Caesar dressing, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Combine the pasta, romaine, chickpeas, tomatoes, and Parmesan in a large bowl.
- Pour in the dressing and toss gently until coated.
- Chill the salad for 20 minutes before serving.
