Ingredients

1 cup flour
1/4 tsp salt
1 yolk egg
1 egg
5 tbsp butter
6 tblsp butter
1/3 cup onion
1/2 cup swede
1/2 lb beef brisket
2 beaten eggs
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Steps

Mix the flour and salt with 5 tablespoons melted butter, one egg yolk, and enough water to form dough.
Knead the dough briefly, cover it, and rest it for 10 minutes.
Cook the onion and swede in 1 tablespoon butter in a skillet for 5 minutes.
Add the finely chopped brisket, salt, and pepper, and cook for 10 minutes until the beef reaches 160 F.
