- 1 lamb leg
- 1 bulb garlic
- 1 bulb garlic
- 1 1/2 cup parsley
- 1 cup onion
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- 1 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup mint

Steps
- Heat the oven to 450 F.
- Chop the garlic, parsley, onion, and mint, then mix them with balsamic vinegar, olive oil, pepper, and salt.
- Rub the mixture over the lamb leg and place it in a roasting pan.
