salt and pepper
1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
3 cups beef broth
2 cups water

Steps

Heat the oven to 325 F and place the lamb leg in a large roasting pan.
Rub the lamb with olive oil, salt, and pepper, then add the garlic, onion, and rosemary around it.
Pour the beef broth and water into the pan, cover it tightly with foil, and roast for five hours.
Remove the foil and roast for 15 minutes more, until the lamb reaches 145 F.
