Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 1 tbsp finely minced fresh tarragon
- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp tarragon vinegar
- 1/4 cup finely diced celery
- 1/4 cup finely minced scallion
- 1 tsp coarse salt
- 1/2 tsp fresh ground white pepper
Steps
- Whisk the mayonnaise, sour cream, tarragon, lemon juice, vinegar, salt, and white pepper in a medium bowl.
- Fold in the celery and scallion until evenly mixed.
- Chop the cooked shrimp into bite-size pieces.
- Fold the shrimp into the dressing until coated.
- Chill the salad for 10 minutes, then serve within 25 minutes.
