Ingredients
- 2 lb strawberries
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup salted butter
- 1/4 cup natural peanut butter
- 1 cup oat flour
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp dark chocolate chips
- 1/2 tsp coconut oil
Steps
- Heat the oven to 350 F and grease a 9-inch square baking dish with cooking oil.
- Hull and slice the strawberries, then stir them with maple syrup, cornstarch, and vanilla.
- Spread the strawberry mixture in the baking dish.
- Melt the butter and peanut butter, then mix them with oat flour, rolled oats, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
- Sprinkle the crumble over the strawberries and bake for 40 minutes.
- Melt the chocolate chips with coconut oil and drizzle them over the warm crisp.
