Ingredients
- 3 cans artichoke hearts
- 1/2 cup compressed frozen spinach
- 1 cup old white cheddar
- 1 cup asiago cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded parmesan
- 5 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 9.5 pie crust
Steps
- Heat the oven to 375 F and place the 9.5-inch pie crust in a pie dish.
- Drain and chop the artichokes, squeeze the spinach dry, and mince the garlic.
- Whisk the eggs and milk in a large bowl, then stir in the garlic, cheeses, artichokes, and spinach.
- Pour the filling into the crust and place the pie dish on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 40 to 45 minutes until the center is firm and the eggs are fully set.
- Cool the pie for 10 minutes before cutting.
