- 1 tsp garlic
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp heinz chili sauce
- 1 tsp brown sugar (optional)
- 1 pinch crushed red chili flakes
- 1 1/2 tsp sriracha
- 4 skin off salmon fillets
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 cup chives
Steps
- Heat the oven to 400 F and line a baking sheet with oil.
- Whisk the garlic, ginger, olive oil, soy sauce, chili sauce, brown sugar, red pepper flakes, sriracha, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the glaze over the salmon fillets and place them on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, until the salmon reaches 145 F and flakes easily.
- Sprinkle the salmon with chopped chives.
