- 1 cup butter
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup finely ground graham cracker crumbs
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 120 miniature marshmallows
- 60 rectangles milk chocolate
Steps
- Heat the oven to 350 F and line two baking sheets with baking paper.
- Beat the butter and brown sugar in a bowl until smooth, then mix in the egg and vanilla.
- Stir in the flour, graham cracker crumbs, and salt until a soft dough forms.
- Shape the dough into 24 balls, place them on the baking sheets, and press a thumbprint into each one.
