Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp coarse kosher salt
- 6 graham crackers
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 2 4-ounce hershey’s xl milk chocolate bars
- 1 jars (7 oz) marshmallow creme
Steps
- Heat the oven to 350 F and line a 9-by-13-inch pan with foil or parchment.
- Beat the butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until creamy, then beat in the egg and vanilla.
- Stir in the flour, baking powder, and kosher salt until a soft dough forms.
- Press half the dough into the pan, layer on the graham crackers and chocolate bars, and spread the marshmallow creme over them.
- Dot the peanut butter and remaining dough over the marshmallow layer.
- Bake for 22 to 25 minutes, then cool the bars for 15 minutes before slicing.
