- 1/2 cup salted butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup white granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
Steps
- Heat the oven to 350 F and line a large baking sheet.
- Beat the butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until creamy, then beat in the egg and vanilla.
- Mix in the flour, baking powder, and baking soda until a dough forms.
