Ingredients
- 9 graham cracker sheets
- 5 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 4 oz semi-sweet baking chocolate
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 whole eggs
- 2 egg yolks
- 6 tbsp flour
- 6 large marshmallows
Steps
- Heat the oven to 400 F and butter six small ramekins.
- Crush the graham crackers and mix them with 2 tablespoons melted butter and the sugar.
- Press the graham mixture into the ramekin bottoms.
- Melt the chocolate with the remaining butter, then whisk in the powdered sugar, eggs, egg yolks, and flour.
- Pour the batter into the ramekins, place one marshmallow in each center, and bake for 15 minutes, until the cakes are set and the eggs are fully cooked.
