- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 2/3 cups flour
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 cups miniature marshmallows
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 3 1 5/8 ounce hershey's milk chocolate candy bars
Steps
- Heat the oven to 350 F and grease a 9-by-13-inch baking pan.
- Beat butter and sugar until creamy, then mix in the eggs and vanilla.
- Stir in flour, graham cracker crumbs, baking powder, and salt until a thick dough forms.
- Press two-thirds of the dough into the pan, then layer on the chocolate chips and broken chocolate bars.
- Scatter the marshmallows over the chocolate and crumble the remaining dough on top.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, until the edges are golden and the marshmallows are lightly browned.
