Ingredients
- 2 cans (14 1/2 oz) chickpeas
- 1 cucumber
- 1 1/2 cups cherry tomatoes
- 1 yellow or orange bell pepper
- 1/2 cup red onion
- 1/2 cup parsley
- 1/3 cup chopped kalamata olives

- 5 minute mediterranean salad dressing
Steps
- Drain and rinse the chickpeas.
- Chop the cucumber, bell pepper, red onion, and parsley, then halve the tomatoes.
- Combine the chickpeas, vegetables, parsley, olives, and feta in a large bowl.
