Ingredients
- 10 eggs
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 finely chopped courgettes
- 3 finely chopped spring onions
- 4 red pepper
- 1 clove peeled crushed garlic clove
- 1 red chilli
- 300 g cream cheese
- 6 tblsp milk
- 4 tbsp chives
- 2 tbsp basil
Steps
- Heat the oven to 350 F.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the courgettes, spring onions, peppers, garlic, and chilli for 10 minutes.
- Whisk the eggs, cream cheese, milk, chives, and basil in a large bowl.
- Stir the cooked vegetables into the egg mixture.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9-inch cake pan and bake for 35 minutes until firm.
