Ingredients
- 1/3 cup finely diced pepperoni
- 1/4 cup finely diced green bell pepper
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup pepperoni slices
- 1 tbsp garlic butter
- 4 brioche buns
Steps
- Heat the oven to 400 F and line a baking sheet with oil.
- Mix the ground beef, diced pepperoni, bell pepper, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder, then shape four patties.
- Bake the patties on the baking sheet for 12 to 15 minutes, turning once, until they reach 160 F.
- Top each patty with pizza sauce, mozzarella, and pepperoni slices, then bake for 3 minutes until the cheese melts.
- Brush the brioche buns with garlic butter and toast them on the baking sheet for 3 minutes.
- Place each pizza burger inside a toasted bun.
