Ingredients
- 1 package white cake mix
- 1 package (3 2/5 oz) instant pistachio pudding mix
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 3/4 tsp ground cinnamon
Steps
- Heat the oven to 350 F and grease a 9-by-13-inch baking pan with canola oil.
- Beat the cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, sour cream, water, and canola oil in a large bowl until smooth.
- Spread the batter evenly in the prepared pan.
- Mix the sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle it over the batter.
- Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, until the center is set.
