- 1 pizza crust
- 1 red pepper
- 1 1/2 cups mixed mushrooms
- 1 small onion
- 1 1/2 tsp canola oil
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 2 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cooked beef
- 1/3 cup pickled jalapeno pepper rings
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
Steps
- Heat the oven to 425 F and place the pizza crust on a baking sheet.
- Cook the pepper, mushrooms, onion, and canola oil in a large skillet for 7 minutes.
- Add the garlic and cooked beef, then cook for 2 minutes.
- Spread the pizza sauce and cream cheese over the crust.
- Top the crust with the beef mixture, jalapeños, oregano, mozzarella, and cheddar.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, until the crust is crisp and the cheese is melted.
