- 1 3/4 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp allspice
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 cup toasted pecans
- 3 tbsp milk
- 3 tbsp oil
- 3 tbsp orange marmalade
- 2 tsp orange zest
- 2 large eggs

- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tsp orange juice
- 1 1/2 tsp toasted pecans
Steps
- Heat the oven to 350 F and coat a 9-by-5-inch loaf pan with cooking spray.
- Whisk the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, nutmeg, allspice, and sugar in a bowl.
- Beat the buttermilk, milk, oil, marmalade, orange zest, and eggs in another bowl.
- Stir the wet mixture into the dry mixture, then fold in the toasted pecans.
- Spread the batter in the pan and bake for 40 to 45 minutes, until set and golden.
- Mix the powdered sugar and orange juice, drizzle it over the cooled loaf, and sprinkle on the remaining pecans.
