1 lb flank steak
2 cloves garlic
1 head broccoli

Steps

Zest and juice the orange, then whisk the juice, zest, soy sauce, broth, marmalade, and cornstarch in a bowl.
Slice the flank steak thinly across the grain and cut the broccoli into small florets.
Heat the oil in a large skillet over high heat, then stir-fry the beef for 3 to 4 minutes until it reaches 145 F.
Transfer the beef to a plate and cook the broccoli in the skillet for 4 minutes.
