- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 cups rolled old fashioned oats
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
Steps
- Heat the oven to 350 F and line baking sheets with parchment.
- Whisk the flour, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Beat the butter and both sugars until creamy, then mix in the eggs and vanilla.
- Stir in the dry mixture, oats, raisins, and walnuts, then chill the dough for 15 minutes.
- Scoop 24 portions onto the sheets and bake for 10 to 12 minutes, working in batches.
- Cool the cookies on the sheets for 5 minutes before transferring them to a rack.
