Ingredients
- 4 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
- 2 cups pecans halves
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1 cup slivered almonds
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
- 1 cup coconut flakes
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 large egg white
Steps
- Heat the oven to 325 F.
- Whisk the egg white, maple syrup, coconut oil, vanilla, salt, and cinnamon in a large bowl.
- Stir in the oats, pecans, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, almonds, sesame seeds, and coconut.
- Spread the mixture on a large baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes, stirring once after 10 minutes.
- Cool completely before breaking the granola into clusters.
