Ingredients
- 30 frozen phyllo shells
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 2 tbsp mayo
- 1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 jalapeño pepper
- 3 tbsp jarred diced jalapeño
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 2 1/2 tbsp crumbled cooked bacon
Steps
- Heat the oven to 350 F and let the cream cheese soften for 10 minutes.
- Stir the cream cheese, mayonnaise, cheddar, fresh jalapeño, diced jalapeño, garlic powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Fill the 30 frozen phyllo shells with the cheese mixture.
- Top the shells with the crumbled bacon.
- Bake on a baking sheet for 15 minutes, until the filling is hot and the shells are lightly browned.
