Ingredients
- 16 mushrooms
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 2 tbsp cooked and crumbled bacon
- 1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt (optional)
- 1/8 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 green onion
Steps
- Let the cream cheese stand at room temperature for 15 minutes.
- Heat the air fryer to 375 F for 3 minutes.
- Remove the mushroom stems and stir the cream cheese, bacon, cheddar, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and paprika together.
- Fill each mushroom cap with the cheese mixture and place the caps in the air-fryer basket.
- Air-fry the mushrooms for 8 to 10 minutes, until the filling is hot and the mushrooms are tender.
