Ingredients
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp almond extract
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp almond extract
- 1 1/2 tbsp hot water (optional)

Steps
- Heat the oven to 350 F and grease a baking sheet with cooking oil.
- Mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, milk, eggs, oil, and almond extract into a soft dough.
- Drop rounded spoonfuls of dough onto the baking sheet, leaving space between them.
- Bake for 9 to 11 minutes, until the cookies are firm and lightly colored.
