Ingredients
- 1 cup sunflower butter no salt organic
- 1/2 cup raw sugar or you can replace for brown sugar and/or coconut sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 cup 70% cacao chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup heart candy
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 350 F.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Stir the sunflower butter, sugar, egg, vanilla, baking soda, and salt until smooth.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Drop 22 spoonfuls of dough onto the sheet, leaving space between them.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until the edges are set and the centers are no longer wet.
- Press the heart candy onto the warm cookies.
