- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 2/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 2/3 cup peanut butter
- 1 large egg
- 3/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
Steps
- Heat the oven to 350 F and grease baking sheets with cooking oil.
- Beat the butter, sugars, peanut butter, and egg until smooth.
- Mix in the baking powder, baking soda, salt, and flour until a soft dough forms.
- Drop rounded spoonfuls onto the sheets and bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
- Cool the cookies on the sheets for 5 minutes before transferring them to cool completely.
