Ingredients
- 1/2 cup becel vegan margarine
- 1/2 cup earth balance coconut flavored spread
- 1 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 3/4 cup white flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 1/2 cups large flake oats
- 1 1/4 cups dairy free chocolate chips
Steps
- Heat the oven to 350 F and grease a baking sheet.
- Beat the vegan spreads, brown sugar, white sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
- Stir in the flour and baking soda until just combined.
- Fold in the oats and dairy-free chocolate chips.
