Ingredients
- 1 bags (12 oz) fresh or frozen whole cranberries
- 1 cans (20 oz) crushed pineapple
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 cups miniature marshmallows
- 1 cans (15 oz) mandarin oranges
- 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup greek vanilla yogurt
- 1 cup pomegranate arils/seeds
Steps
- Pulse the cranberries with the sugar until finely chopped, then chill the mixture for 20 minutes.
- Drain the pineapple and mandarin oranges well.
