Ingredients
- 1 can (20 oz) pineapple tidbits
- 1 can (15 oz) mandarin oranges
- 1 cup maraschino cherries
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup light sour cream
- 3 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
- 3/4 cup pecans
- 1 cup green grapes
Steps
- Drain the pineapple and mandarin oranges, and halve the cherries and grapes.
- Beat the heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla in a large bowl until soft peaks form.
- Fold the sour cream into the whipped cream.
- Stir in the fruit, marshmallows, coconut, and pecans.
- Cover and chill the salad for 60 minutes.
