- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp baking soda
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cups butter
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 cups light brown sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 3 cups semisweet chocolate chips
- 3 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
- 2 cups sweetened flaked coconut
- 2 cups pecans
Steps
- Heat the oven to 350 F and grease two baking sheets with cooking oil.
- Whisk the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl.
- Beat the butter and both sugars until smooth, then beat in the eggs and vanilla.
- Stir in the flour mixture, chocolate chips, oats, coconut, and pecans.
- Drop 24 portions onto the sheets and bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until firm.
