Ingredients
- 1 cup margarine
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 1/4 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 cups quick oats
- 1 cup sweetened coconut
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
- 2 tsp vanilla
Steps
- Heat the oven to 350 F and grease two baking sheets with margarine.
- Beat the margarine, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla in a large bowl until smooth.
- Whisk the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl.
- Stir the dry mixture, oats, coconut, and all chocolate chips into the wet mixture.
- Drop rounded spoonfuls onto the baking sheets, leaving space between them.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until the edges are set and the centers are no longer wet.
