- 8 cups broccoli florets
- 4 green onions
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1 granny smith apple
- 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/3 cup chopped pecans (optional)
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tsp poppy seeds
- salt and black pepper (optional)
Steps
- Whisk the mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, lemon juice, sugar, poppy seeds, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Chop the broccoli, green onions, and apple, tossing the apple with the fresh lemon juice.
