- 4 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 2 large apples
- 1/2 cup pecans
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
Steps
- Cut the apples into bite-size pieces and place them in a large bowl with the broccoli, carrots, onion, pecans, and cranberries.
- Whisk the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, sugar, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
