Ingredients
- 1/4 cup rice flour
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 8 oz bittersweet chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup pecans
- 6 oz bittersweet chocolate chips
- 2 sheets parchment paper
Steps
- Heat the oven to 350 F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Melt 8 ounces of chocolate chips and the butter in a saucepan over low heat for 4 minutes.
- Whisk the eggs, sugar, and vanilla in a bowl for 3 minutes.
- Stir in the rice flour, baking powder, salt, melted chocolate, pecans, and remaining chocolate chips.
- Drop the dough onto the sheets and bake for 12 minutes, until the centers are firm.
