Ingredients
- 3 1/2 bone-in pork chops
- 1 apple
- 1 onion
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp caraway seed
- garlic salt (optional)
Steps
- Heat the oven to 400 F.
- Slice the apple and onion, then arrange them in a greased 9-by-13-inch baking dish.
- Place the pork chops over the vegetables and season with caraway seed, garlic salt, pepper, and a little oil.
- Drizzle the honey over the chops and cover the dish with foil.
- Bake for 25 minutes, then uncover and bake for 10 to 15 minutes more, until the pork reaches 145 F.
- Rest the pork for 5 minutes before serving.
