Ingredients
- 1 dried pasta
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 8 slices bacon
- 4 cloves garlic
- chopped parsley or basil for garnish (optional)
Steps
- Whisk the eggs and Parmesan in a medium bowl until blended.
- Boil water in a large pot and cook the pasta according to the package directions, then drain.
- Cook the bacon in a large skillet over medium heat for 6 to 8 minutes, then crumble it.
- Cook the garlic in the bacon fat for 1 minute.
- Add the drained pasta and bacon to the skillet, then remove it from the heat.
