Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup coconut sugar
- 3/4 cup tahini
- 1/4 cup melted and cooled coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup packed fine almond flour
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup finely shredded unsweetened coconut
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chunks or chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup chocolate candies
- fancy maldon salt (optional)
Steps
- Heat the oven to 350 F and line an 8-inch square pan with parchment.
- Whisk the eggs, coconut sugar, tahini, cooled coconut oil, and vanilla in a large bowl.
- Stir in the almond flour, oats, coconut, baking soda, salt, chocolate, and candies.
- Spread the batter evenly in the pan and bake for 22 to 25 minutes, until the center is set.
- Cool the bars in the pan for 5 minutes before cutting.
